We’ll be discussing the emergency management lifecycle within companies (Prepare – Mitigate – Respond – Recover) and issues associated with managing these events. You’ll also see a list of panelists below that we’ll engage to generate some discussion amongst those attending.
Starter discussion topics:
- Planning for response phases of emergencies–when emergency action plans are put into action to preserve property and safety of personnel.
- Best practices in managing emergency programs for larger organizations.
- How do we create Emergency Response Plans? Who’s tasked with leading employees during these events or training them before the event?
- Emergency Management funding challenges.
- How companies are engaging all four phases of the emergency lifecycle.
- Is your Business Continuity group tasked with all four phases of emergency management? Is it divided by region, line of business, etc.?
